Potato and roasted garlic soup!
5th February 2010 by Susan Davis
Yes, that rather tasty and nourishing dish will be served up by artist Alex Wilde this Sunday (7 Feb) at St Andrews Museum
as part of FCA&C’s HOTPOT exhibition, during her next discussion on a food topic. This time her guest speaker is Eva Schonveld of Transition Scotland Support and themes to be chatted about will include reducing the carbon footprint of food production and its distribution. If you’re interested in taking part (and it’s a free event), book your place now as there are only 1 or 2 left (tel 01334 659380). Check out our website for full details. (Image taken during last Sunday’s discussion with John & Nicola Fletcher of Auchtermuchty Deer Farm - spot the false moustaches!)
